Return of product is possible only if there is a defect or damage and in case you:
- have been contacted me within 14 days after receiving the order.
- have been sent within 30 days from the receipt (at the expense of the buyer)

When returning the product, the money for the shipping is not returned.
All shipping costs always on the buyer. The seller is not responsible for the passing of custom control. All the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country are on the buyer expense.

The product can be sent to me again with tracking number. Shipping costs, in this case, are on the buyers.

This cat card wallet is so cute and amazingly functional! It holds all of my cards and fits easily in my purse. The inner lining is high quality, and the zipper is great! A giant thank you to Daria, the shop owner!! I had ordered a few other items from her shop the day before, and she contacted me with an offer to ship it all together and return the shipping costs of my second order. Incredibly kind and thoughtful and beautifully crafted wallets—would highly recommend!!

I love the work of this seller! Excellent quality, great shipping time, considering its coming from Portugal, and amazing customer service. This little cat coin purse is purrrfect for a card, ID and a few bills. Perfect for lightweight, small purse occasions. It's beautiful and I absolutely love it.
