Return of product is possible only if there is a defect or damage and in case you:
- have been contacted me within 14 days after receiving the order.
- have been sent within 30 days from the receipt (at the expense of the buyer)
Refunds, exchanges, cancellation.
When returning the product, the money for the shipping is not returned.
All shipping costs always on the buyer. The seller is not responsible for the passing of custom control. All the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country are on the buyer expense.
- Refund will be made only after I get item back
- No refunds for custom orders.
- No refunds for items the were on sale.
- No refunds after 45 days from purchase moment.
- No refunds for unclaimed packages.
The product can be sent to me again with tracking number. Shipping costs, in this case, are on the buyers.

Very happy with this wallet. My only feedback would be that it does not need to be shipped with foam insert (plastic waste).

Gaminys idealus. Ilgą laiką ieškojau dovanos dukrai, tačiau niekur nebuvo tiek kokybės ir idėto kruopštumo. Čia siūlės tvarkingos, lygios, palaidų siūlų nėra, viskas suderinta labai gerai. Jei reikės vėl dovanos, neabejodamas pirksiu iš šitos merginos! Linkiu ko geriausios sėkmės meistrui!
