Return of product is possible only if there is a defect or damage and in case you:
- have been contacted me within 14 days after receiving the order.
- have been sent within 30 days from the receipt (at the expense of the buyer)

When returning the product, the money for the shipping is not returned.

The product can be sent to me again with tracking number. Shipping costs, in this case, are on the buyers.

This is a good wallet but if you have a lot of cards and bulk in a wallet this may not be for you. I don’t have a lot in mine and it seems snug to zip. Overall great quality and very pretty product!
