Return of product is possible only if there is a defect or damage and in case you:
- have been contacted me within 14 days after receiving the order.
- have been sent within 30 days from the receipt (at the expense of the buyer)

When returning the product, the money for the shipping is not returned.
All shipping costs always on the buyer. The seller is not responsible for the passing of custom control. All the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country are on the buyer expense.

The product can be sent to me again with tracking number. Shipping costs, in this case, are on the buyers.

Avevo già preso questo modello e l'ho trovato comodissimo. Chiaramente, essendo fatto di sughero, l'oggetto in sé non può essere eterno. Ho chiesto se si potessero avere degli slot aggiuntivi per le carte: nessun problema. Consigliatissimo. Quando sarà il momento, tornerò senz'altro qui!

Really cool wallet. I was glad to get something not made of leather, but it has a leather feel. The strap is subtle and holds the cards in well.
